Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients:
120g mushrooms, chopped
300ml vegetable broth
100ml double cream
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
½ tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method - Combine mushrooms, broth, butter and flour in a blender. Transfer to a saucepan and cook until heated through.  

Before serving, add the cream and lemon juice. Stir.

To be served with a nice Rump or Sirloin Steak or even a nicy juicy Hamburger...
